FIC issues final demand to the non-compliant Accountable Institutions

In case you missed it, the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) has issued their final demand for compliance with Directive 6. As a Legal Practitioner, you are required to comply with this directive and if you have not already done so, you may be subject to sanctions under section 62E of the FIC Act.
To avoid this sanction and further penalties we would like to remind you to submit the required information immediately to the FIC through this RCR link. If you are unsure what is required please refer to our What you Need to Know About the FIC Directive 6 & 7 article.
