Justine Shear

Justine Shear is an associate in our Employment Law department. Justine graduated with an Honours in Philisophy from The University of the Witwatersrand in 2015 and obtained her LLB Degree from The University of Cape Town in 2018. She is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

Justine has training in general litigation as well as employment law, and has an undertsanding of the functions of both the Gauteng and Western Cape Courts.

Justine advises on all aspects of employment law including, conducting and providing representation in disciplinary enquiries, CCMA proceedings, Labour Court proceedings and employment related High Court litigation.

Accordingly Justine is well versed with key pieces of legislation, namely the Labour Relations Act, the Employments Equity Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
