Corporate governance: Practical insights – Webinar

Corporate governance procedures help a business become more efficient while reducing both risk and the potential for corruption and mismanagement.

This course will cover the principles and regulations of corporate governance, and discuss case studies in a group format.

Join us for an eighteen-hour webinar course, held over three days.

On each day, the sessions will be held as follows: 9:00 to 11:00; 12:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00
