Nicole Gabryk

Nicole Gabryk is an Executive in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution department, specifically in the firm’s insurance practice group. She has over 10 years’ experience specialising in commercial litigation matters and insurance claims, with a specific focus on construction and engineering and public liability claims arising on construction projects, professional indemnity disputes, construction guarantee claims, on-demand bond and suretyship disputes.

She also has specific experience in and knowledge of data protection and cyber risk matters, including policy wording advice and handling of cyber-related incidents and has written a number of articles on data breaches, and how to react to data breaches.
