New partner in Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr’s corporate and commercial practice

Leading corporate law firm Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr welcomes Luntu Sebatane as a new partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice.
She comes with solid legal experience, sound knowledge and in-depth expertise having been in-counsel for top notch corporates in the mining sector. She holds a LLB and BCom Law degree, majoring in economics from the University of South Africa and comes highly recommended in the corporate and commercial, BEE, environmental and mineral and diamond regulatory environments. She was admitted as an attorney in 2009 and previously held positions at Anglo American, the De Beers Group and Webber Wentzel Attorneys.
The firm also welcomes newcomers – Nick Goldberg, a senior associate in the Finance and Banking team as well as Mzi Mabokwe and Tshepiso Magongwa as new associates in the Construction and Engineering and Dispute Resolution teams respectively.
