Eversheds Sutherland welcomes three new associates

We would like to welcome three new associates who have joined the Durban team in South Africa.

Ishara McKenna has joined our commercial team. She holds an LL.B. from the University of South Africa and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She has previous experience working for the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Ishara has worked with a wide range of clients including multinational FMCG and pharmaceutical companies, listed agri-business companies and private companies. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, and on consumer and privacy law compliance.

Siseko Mgunculu has joined the commercial team from Shepstone & Wylie. Siseko deals with commercial transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder structures, shareholder relationships, general corporate law and trusts. He also has experience in banking and finance and has dealt with various banking entities.

Lerosha Naidoo has joined our property team. She has many years of experience in the conveyancing and property field. She commenced her law career as a conveyancing paralegal whilst studying towards a degree in law. Lerosha qualified as an attorney in 2016.
