A private company may be the most common and simplest company to register, but is required to comply with ongoing administrative requirements set out in the Companies Act. In this course we will discuss the role and significance of various documents a company may need, such as the memorandum of incorporation and the shareholders agreement. We will look at why these documents are important, what they should contain, their key provisions, and what they say about your company.
