The COVID-19 pandemic has forced companies to change the way they do business, and will likely change the corporate landscape in South Africa for a long time to come.
South African companies are suddenly faced with a number of challenges and risks, and are having to make critical business judgment decisions hurriedly as a result. These decisions may have a significant impact on the future sustainability and operations of a company and therefore all decisions should be taken in line with good corporate governance principles and procedures. This 2-hour webinar will deal with how good corporate governance and responsible leadership in a King IV context should be practically implemented to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic impact and further position an organisation to take advantage of future opportunities.
