About the Authors

Dr Gustav Muller LLB LLD is a senior lecturer in the Department of Private Law at Stellenbosch University. He is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and also holds a Diploma in the International Protection of Human Rights from Abo Akademi University, Finland.

Dr Reghard Brits BCom (Law), LLB LLD is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mercantile Law at the University of Pretoria. He has a Postgraduate Certificate in Insolvency Law and Practice.

Professor Juanita M Pienaar is a Professor of Law at Stellenbosch University, a Fellow fo the South African Research Chair in Property Law and an author of previous editions of this title.

Professor Zsa-Zsa Boggenpoel LLB LLB is an Associate Professor in the Department of Private Law at the University of Stellenbosch.
