ENSafrica recognised as leader in financial and corporate law
03 Nov 2016

We are pleased to announce that ENSafrica has been recognised as one of the world’s top financial and corporate law firms by prestigious international rankings agency IFLR1000 in its 2017 Financial and Corporate Guide.

Your feedback was a key contributor to ENSafrica receiving these results and without your support and acknowledgment, such achievements would not be possible.

The firm received nine Tier 1 rankings across practice areas such as banking, capital markets, M&A, project finance and competition, and 23 ENSafrica practitioners in our Ghana, Mauritius, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda offices have been recognised as Leading Lawyers. The firm has also been recognised for our presence in Angola, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria and Zambia.

The guide says of the firm: “ENSafrica has expanded rapidly in the last few years … with 15 offices in seven countries. The firm works seamlessly throughout these [offices], and can serve its clients across the continent with a one-firm approach,” while clients are quoted as saying: “They have excellent knowledge of our business and are subject-matter experts” and “they are dedicated to both the client and the task at hand.”

The financial and corporate guide is published annually and is the result of stringent research that spans over 120 jurisdictions worldwide. During the research stage, the following criteria is taken into account: transactional evidence, peer feedback and client feedback, on aspects such as technical ability, accessibility and communication, value for money and the client-lawyer relationship.

We thank you for your ongoing support.
