Corporate & Commercial expert joins Fluxmans team

Fluxmans Attorneys is pleased to announce the appointment of notable commercial lawyer, Gawie Malan, who brings with him a wealth of experience in areas such as negotiating mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity and BBBEE transactions.
“I am delighted to share Gawie’s appointment as executive consultant to the firm”, announced Ira Epstein, Joint CEO of Fluxmans. “Adding his extensive experience and broad commercial offering means our already formidable corporate team has become even stronger with his joining”.
Gawie has also been internationally accredited through CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), as a commercial mediator.
