-Young, presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-1 to 2 years recent administration experience in a corporate office working environment a must, preferably at a law firm
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
-Good administration skills
-Non smoker
-Own reliable transport to work
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Must reside in Pretoria
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-General administration and office duties for law firm
-Filing, opening of files and typing
-Answering telephones, provide feedback to clients
-Liaison with clients, Sheriffs and cost consultants
Salary: R 8 000.00 Nett salary (R 8 187.00 gross)
