The role will entail
- You must have your own client base
- But you must have a desire to expand that practice and take on a global approach
- You must be able to integrate your practice into a global set-up
- You must be open to new strategies and input from the firm’s management, marketing, finance and other operational teams
- You must assist the firm in growing and expanding throughout SA and the rest of Africa
The role
- This opportunity will suit a sole practitioner or someone who is keen to take their practice out of their current firm (clients included).
- You will be required to integrate yourself into the global group and enhance, build your client pool and revenues
- You will be required to use the tools the company provides in order to help establish its presence in the country.
- You must have your own client base that is transferable
- Any practice area with sizeable revenues will be considered
- SA admitted
- Already a Partner/Director
- Good reputation in the market
- Desire to expand your practice
