Montana, Pretoria: LEGAL DEBT COLLECTOR / LEGAL COLLECTIONS SECRETARY

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional Afrikaans speaking female, preferably aged between 30 – 50 years

-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Fully bilingual, Afr & Eng client base)

-Excellent English proficiency (business level) with excellent spelling and grammar very important

-Matric / Grade 12

-Strong recent Commercial Debt Collection experience at a law firm a must (Full function Debt Collection, independently functional)

-Knowledge of legal collections procedures and applicable legislation

-Computer literate in MS Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel – Spreadsheets experience preferred)

-Experience in credit reports advantageous

-Excellent telephone etiquette essential (Able to be stringent with Debtors)

-Own vehicle a must

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

-Clear Criminal Record

-Annual leave to be taken during Decembers when company closes for festive season

Duties:

-Commercial Debt Collection

-Client liaison

-Drafting and typing of legal documents and correspondence

-General administrative duties

Working Environment:

-Debt Collection company working in affiliation with law firms (Established in 2001)

-Relaxed and comfortable working environment

-Not call centre environment

-Own office/working space

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 17 000.00 Nett maximum
