(TEMP AND PERMANENT – Due to urgency this client will consider Temporary staff until a suitable permanent candidate is appointed. Conveyancers will also be considered)
Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual with excellent English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 8 years experience in Property Transfers (Residential and Commercial) at a law firm

-Strong problem solving skills

-Independently functional from inception to finalization of transactions (e.g. Request guarantees, draft documentation, obtain clearances, obtain transfer duty, finances)
-Meticulous with attention to detail
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey and Legal Suite

-Well presented and professional

-Own reliable transport
-Stable employment record 
-To start as soon as possible
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-Clear Criminal Record
Duties:
-Transfers (Residential and Commercial) 
-Open file, request FICA documents

-Request guarantees, obtain clearances, obtain transfer duty, finances etc.

-Apply for rates clearance, HOA clearance, levy clearance, bond cancellations figure etc.

-Drafting transfer documents and arrange signature

-Liaison with clients and bond attorneys

-Report to parties and agents

-Prepare documents for lodgement and registration

-Compile final account

-General conveyancing duties
Salary: R 20 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum CTC (Depending on experience)
