Bedfordview, Johannesburg: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (TRANSFERS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable female
-2 to 3 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, attending to Deceased Estates Transfers at a law firm a must
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey
-Non smoker
-Own vehicle
-Stable employment record
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
-Temporary assignments will also be considered until a permanent appointment is made
-Probation period applicable
Duties:
-Drafting of Deceased Estates Transfers documents
-Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
-Client liaison
-Drafting of relevant legal documents
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000 gross
