Nina Valetta

Nina Valetta specialises in conveyancing and property law in general. Her conveyancing practice is focused on the registration of commercial and residential mortgage bonds and notarial bonds on behalf of various major banks.

With experience spanning across private practice and the corporate spheres, she has previously worked for ABSA Bank Limited, overseeing litigation matters in its insolvency department. She also has specific experience in company secretarial and corporate governance services, which equips her with the requisite skills, insight and capacity to efficiently register commercial mortgage bonds.

Previously, Nina has also served as a civil moot court judge at the Law Society of South Africa’s Legal Education & Development School for Legal Practice (East London).
