Mandisi Rusa

Mandisi Rusa, a director in the Litigation Department at Bowman Gilfillan. He specialises in general commercial litigation. Mandisi, who was admitted as an attorney in December 2000, has gained extensive experience in, inter alia, the following: contracts, constitutional and administrative law and law of delict. Mandisi was part of the legal team which represented Transnet Limited involved in a multi-billion rand suit instituted against it by a private entity. This matter was settled between the parties. Mandisi also successfully represented Pikitup in two High Court applications brought by the parties challenging the awarding of tenders by Pikitup to third parties.
