Kathleen Butler was recently admitted as an attorney after serving her articles of clerkship at the firm within the Employment and Labour Department. Kathleen holds an LLB (cum laude) and LLM (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria. She has gained extensive experience across a wide range of employment-related issues, including disciplinary and incapacity hearings, restructuring exercises, CCMA arbitrations, labour court referrals and providing general labour law advice on a wide range of topics.
