Jan-Harm Swanepoel is a partner in the Anti-Counterfeiting Department. He obtained his LLB from the University of Johannesburg, completed his articles and joined the Department of Justice as a public prosecutor in 2007. He joined Bowman Gilfillan Incorporated in 2009 and obtained a postgraduate diploma in labour law from the University of Johannesburg. He joined Adams & Adams as an associate in 2013.
