Ishara McKenna

Ishara McKenna is an associate at Eversheds Sutherland (KZN) in the commercial department.

She holds an LL.B. from the University of South Africa and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She has previous experience working for the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

Ishara has worked with a wide range of clients including multinational FMCG and pharmaceutical companies, listed agri-business companies and private companies. Her practice focuses on advising, drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements and advising on consumer and privacy law compliance.
