-Advising Oakbrook Holdings and Imbewu Capital Partners in a transaction supported by Nedbank Capital in which they acquired an initial shareholding in International Facility Services in South Africa and Mauritius. The companies have operations in South Africa, Angola, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Mozambique and the DRC. We have advised the same companies in acquiring shareholding in International Facility Services.
